Portrait Studies

We collaborate with Ellis House Art Centre to offer regular portraiture sessions with a live sitter every time.

Sessions are hosted weekly:

Easels, tables, boards and chairs supplied; good lighting and comfortable amenities for peaceful study. BYO materials of choice - charcoal, graphite, chalk, watercolour, ink or oil paints, as artists prefer.

  • $18.00 for members of Ellis House/$23 non-members.

Life Drawing at Beaumaris

We host drawing with Joondalup Community Arts Association - short and long pose drawing with a nude model. Tables and chairs are supplied. BYO materials of choice.

Long Session Life Studies

We host long session drawing every Thursday at Midland Junction Art Centre - varied short and long pose drawing with a nude model in an excellent drawing room. The lighting, space and amenities are very good for drawing or painting.
